Terms of Service

By using Tahsin.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Tahsin.ai on behalf of a dental clinic or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf. These terms apply to all users of the Tahsin.ai service, including clinic owners, practice managers, and authorised staff.

Tahsin.ai provides an AI-powered patient communication platform for dental clinics, operating across WhatsApp, Instagram Direct Messages, and Facebook Messenger. The service includes: • 24/7 automated responses to patient messages on WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and Facebook Messenger • Appointment booking and scheduling assistance • FAQ automation in Arabic and English • Lead capture, a unified multi-channel dashboard, and daily summary reporting • Ongoing AI training and maintenance We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

As a Tahsin.ai clinic, you are responsible for: • Providing accurate clinic information during onboarding and keeping it up to date • Ensuring your WhatsApp Business number, Instagram account, and Facebook page are properly connected and maintained • Reviewing AI responses during the trial period and notifying us of inaccuracies • Informing your patients that AI may be used in initial communications, where required by applicable law • Complying with the WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Meta Platform Terms of Service You must not use Tahsin.ai for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm patients or third parties.

Tahsin.ai is billed monthly. Your subscription begins after the 7-day free trial period, unless cancelled before the trial ends. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Pricing is in UAE Dirhams (AED) and is subject to 5% VAT where applicable. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.

Tahsin.ai processes personal data on behalf of your clinic in its capacity as a data processor, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL). Your clinic acts as the data controller and is responsible for ensuring a lawful basis exists for the processing of patient data through our service. By subscribing, you confirm that you have or will establish appropriate grounds to use an AI communication tool on behalf of your clinic. Tahsin.ai processes personal data only to the extent necessary to deliver the booked service — this includes patient name, the messaging identifier used to contact you (WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, or Facebook profile), appointment request details, and service enquiries. We do not collect or process medical records, diagnoses, treatment history, or clinical health data. To deliver the Tahsin.ai service, we engage the following third-party sub-processors who may process personal data on our behalf: • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Graph API, and Messenger Platform API) — message delivery and reception across all three channels • Cloud infrastructure provider — hosting, storage, and compute services • Billing provider — subscription management (does not receive patient data) All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements and are required to maintain appropriate technical and organisational security standards. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to our sub-processor list.

Tahsin.ai retains all intellectual property rights in the service, including the AI models, software, and systems. Your clinic retains ownership of all data you provide (clinic information, services, pricing) and all conversation data generated through your connected channels. You grant Tahsin.ai a limited licence to use your clinic's data solely to provide and improve the service.

Tahsin.ai is a communication and scheduling assistance tool. We are not responsible for: • Clinical advice or decisions made based on AI conversations • Patient outcomes resulting from appointment bookings made through the AI • Interruptions to WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger service caused by Meta platform issues • Losses arising from incorrect clinic information provided during setup Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to individuals, Tahsin.ai will: • Notify the UAE Data Office within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with the PDPL • Notify affected clinic owners without undue delay • Provide details of the nature of the breach, data affected, and remedial steps taken Clinic owners are responsible for assessing whether their patients need to be notified under applicable law.

Tahsin.ai is intended for use by dental clinics handling adult patient communications. Clinics must not use the service to process personal data of patients under the age of 18 without appropriate parental or guardian consent, as required by the UAE PDPL and any other applicable law.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 7 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or fail to make payment. Upon termination, your AI will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
