Tahsin.ai was born from a simple observation: UAE dental clinics were losing patients every night — not because they didn't care, but because no one was there to answer.

Our story

In 2025, at NYU Abu Dhabi, we noticed that dental clinics across the UAE shared a common problem — patients were reaching out at all hours, and most of those messages went unanswered until the next morning.

By then, the patient had already booked somewhere else.

And it wasn't just WhatsApp. Younger patients were DMing on Instagram after seeing a veneers reel at 10 PM; established families were messaging on Facebook. Every channel was a door — and most clinics only had someone watching one of them, part-time.

The UAE is a 24/7, multi-channel market. Patients message in Arabic and English, at midnight and 3 AM Suhoor, on Fridays and public holidays. The existing tools weren't built for this reality — they were built for Western markets, English-only, single-channel, 9-to-5.

So we built Tahsin.ai: one AI that answers every patient on every channel — WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger — speaks the UAE's language literally and culturally, and never takes a day off.
